Where the BMW paint-code label is
- 📍Engine bay — a label on the strut tower or firewall, usually near the VIN plate.
- 📍Driver-side door jamb sticker on newer models.
How to read it: A 3-digit number followed by the colour name (e.g. “475 Black Sapphire”). Look for the value after “Farbe/Colour”.
